About the Role
Ensuring the flow of processing operates at a highly efficient level
Moving material to and from stations
Doing what it takes to smooth production so there is no down time
Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to GMPs, SSOPS, HACCP, and OSHA which ensure food and workplace safety with the highest quality in all aspects of food production
Deal with team members, customers, and public in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
Managerial experience 3+ Years
Hands on, moving material, solving arising issues and ensuring the flow of processing
Leading a team of people for desired production goal
Punctual - shift is 6:00am - 2:30 pm
Ability to be in a cold environment for extended periods of time
Reliable Transportation
Be in good general health and able to pass a physical
Able to work quick and efficiently
Minimum of 18 years of age
Monday - Friday
35-45 Hours
